Temp of the Month – December 2023

Temp of the Month for December

Kelron is our Temp of the Month!

December’s award goes to Kelron.

I am thrilled to announce and celebrate Kelron as our well-deserved Temp of the Month for December.

This week, Katherine and I had the pleasure of visiting one of our esteemed clients.  In recognition of his exceptional performance, we personally presented Kelron with our Temp of the Month award.

Kelron’s dedication, strong work ethic, and unwavering punctuality have not gone unnoticed. He consistently demonstrates an excellent level of professionalism and efficiency in his work, which has greatly contributed to the success of our client’s production. Moreover, his friendly and approachable manner has made him a valuable asset to our temping team. Kelron is an absolute pleasure to work with.

I am super happy to give our warmest congratulations to Kelron for this well-earned achievement. We are so happy to have him as part of our temping team and I look forward to seeing his continued growth and success.

Could you be the next Temp of the Month?

We are extremely proud of our temporary workers, all of whom we expect to be hardworking and reliable. Each month we invite our clients and staff in the office to nominate any temp who has gone above and beyond or exceeded their expectations in some way. Out of these, we choose one winner, giving them £20 worth of vouchers to recognise their contribution and say thank you!

We publish our winners in the office, on social media and here.

About the author

I’m on hand for our industrial and hospitality recruitment here at Octopus – think warehousing, production, construction, kitchen and technical type jobs. I also run our seasonal event work – this is a great option for those wanting to earn some extra money without commitment.

I really enjoy meeting our job hunters and helping them to find work. It’s been lovely to talk to local people and find out what matters to them.
