We’re recruiting for a full time HR Administrator near Shaftesbury, Dorset.

What you will do as HR Administrator

You will provide a professional and effective human resources admin service for employees and managers.

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Manage the offboarding process for departing employees
  • Update employee details on system as changes occur.
  • Handle telephone and email queries professionally
  • Foster effective communication with managers and colleagues
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Support HR projects
  • Document and follow HR transactional processes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement

Skills and experience

You should have proven experience in a similar role.

  • Experience of HR Information Systems/SaaS.
  • Good working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and practices.
  • Good understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Clear and effective communication
  • Experience in a regulated industry is a bonus.

We’re recruiting for a part time HR Administrator for a local services company in Wincanton, Somerset.

What you will do as HR Administrator

You will actively manage the HR administration tasks for the company.

  • Keep employee info up to date
  • Process new starters and leavers
  • Issue contracts
  • Manage holiday and sick leave.
  • Onboarding and training.

Skills and experience

Ideal candidates will be Level 3 qualified or have relevant Human Resources experience, with the ability to work autonomously and professionally. The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of Employment Law.
