We are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to join an international company in Gillingham, Dorset.

What you will do

As Customer Relations Specialist, you will manage and process customer orders and quotes, provide information about products, services, and order status. You will be involved in improvement initiatives and will seek new opportunities to increase customer relations efficiently.

  • Deal directly with customer inquiries received via all medias (e.g. fax, web, email)
  • Respond to customer inquiries according to Service Level agreement.
  • Proactively look for solutions to customer issues
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries. Follow up on customer interactions.
  • File records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints within quality management system.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Proposes ideas for processes and organisational improvements.

Skills and experience

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and active listening skills
  • Accurate and attention for detail
  • Collaborative approach and team spirit
  • Good knowledge of customer order management cycle and supply chain processes desirable
  • Working experience in a customer facing environment desirable
  • System tool agility e.g. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, SFDC, ERP (SAP advantageous), Windows Office Suite
  • Relationship management; comfortable engaging and interacting with people across diverse organizational levels.
  • Fluent in English

What you will receive.

You will be required to complete a minimum of four weeks training at the office – 9am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Following successful training you can change hybrid working, to include a minimum of two days in the office each week.

We are searching for a part time Receptionist Administrator in Gillingham, Dorset.

What you will do as Receptionist Administrator

You will be the first point of contact for members of the public, colleagues, and external organisations. You will support the team in admin, diary management and events.

  • Deliver excellent customer service by providing appropriate information, advice, guidance, and support in a professional and timely manner.
  • Run the reception and provide general administrative support. This includes assisting visitors, responding to emails, telephone calls, opening post, ordering stationery, and preparing documentation.
  • Update website and social media platforms.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with organisations, agencies, volunteer/interest groups and local authorities.
  • Take room hire bookings, maintain accurate records, and liaise with hirers.
  • Support the team with secretarial services, diary management, event organisation, and attendance.

What you will receive.

This is a permanent part time position for 20 hours per week with an immediate start. The working hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 1pm.

Staff benefits include 23 days holiday plus bank holidays and two days at Christmas pro rata, and a generous pension scheme. Your pro rata salary is £14,042 per year.

Skills and experience.

You will need a good level of written and verbal communication skills, IT skills in Microsoft applications and social media, and excellent customer service skills.
