As Customer Service Executive, you’ll be providing telephone and email support to your customers. You will be processing orders, dealing with any queries and working closely with other teams to ensure customer orders are delivered on time in full. While dealing with customers you will build relationships to further develop sales opportunities.

To be successful in this role you will have great communication, good attention to detail, and be a team player. Strong data entry and computer user skills are essential! We’re looking for a special person who is highly motivated and full of energy! Previous experience is beneficial but being able to demonstrate a passion for customer service is most important.

We are searching for a Customer Service Advisor for a successful modern car dealership with sites in Taunton, Yeovil, and Dorchester.

Our client provides a fabulous working environment where fresh ideas and intuition are welcomed.

You will be a key person for all customer interactions in the busy Aftersales Department. As Customer Service Advisor you will help with all service telephone, email, and walk-in enquiries. You will liaise between the customer and the service department, ensuring effective communication through the service and repairs process, including booking in work, providing progress updates, and gaining authorisation for additional work. You will consistently provide a high level of expertise in aftersales customer retention, using the tools provided by the business, to ensure customer loyalty.

We are looking for a strong individual with exceptional communication and customer care skills. Able to think on your feet, you will need to be a real ‘people person’ and ideally will currently be working in a customer facing role, potentially in the retail sector. Previous experience of working in the automotive sector is not essential.

The successful candidate for this role will be someone looking to grow with a business and can demonstrate energy and enthusiasm in the workplace. Additionally, you will need to hold a valid driving licence.

In return, there is a targeted bonus scheme to reach an annual salary of up to £30,000 OTE, generous holiday allowance and motor benefits such as discounted MOT and service costs and a car purchase scheme!
