We’re searching for an Office Administrator – Fluent in French to join a well-established company in Gillingham, Dorset.

Hours of work for this position are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, working remotely from home.

You will be joining an international company on a long-term temporary basis, expected to last 14 weeks.  The position will then be reviewed.

It is essential that you have a fluent level of French to be considered for this role.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a technical and dynamic team. Tasks include communicating with various teams within the organisation, uploading order information, checking order confirmation and customer order details, checking invoices are correct and ensuring accuracy of all documentation.

We are looking for a self-starter, a strong team player, highly organised with excellent IT skills. You will also need to be process driven and have first class attention to detail. A strong interest in new technology and an SAP background is essential.

We are searching for a Project Assistant to join a well-established design and manufacturing company close to Mere in Wiltshire. This is a permanent position in a lovely village, close to the amenities of Mere and Gillingham and just off the A303.

You will be joining a growing project team, supporting the Project Managers in their administration needs, helping to promote an organised and efficient department. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer queries, completing timesheets for work orders, processing release paperwork for deliveries and recording commercial invoices. You will be part of the order process from raising quotes, processing sales orders, and managing work orders for the project managers. You will communicate between customers, and the project, purchasing and stores teams, managing any queries to create a seamless process.

We are looking for a motivated person with an excellent work ethic, good attention to detail and a team player. To be considered for this role, you will need relevant experience and be familiar with Sage 200 and MRP systems. Strong all round I.T skills are necessary for this role.

This role would suit those who can adapt to follow rigorous procedures and strive for accuracy in every aspect of their work.
