We have a full-time permanent opportunity to join a successful family run company as a Finance Administrator.
As Finance Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support, including daily invoice management from costing jobs through to raising invoices and credits. You will monitor the order inbox, raise jobs, and look at job reports to establish what work has carried out for invoicing. You will communicate with different departments regarding new jobs, highlighting any priority work.
The right person for this role will have an excellent communication style and be approachable and professional. You should be able to prioritise, organise and manage workflow and have good problem-solving skills, especially when work is fast paced. Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office are required for this role.
