We are recruiting for Egg Packers to work weekend shifts for our client based in Henstridge, Somerset.

What you’ll do as an Egg Packer

Egg Packers are hands-on, working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll undertake tasks such as packing eggs, cleaning, and quality checking.

You must be able to work quickly and efficiently and work well with your colleagues. Full training will be given.

Working pattern

Shifts are 7.30am to 2pm and are available on weekends on a temporary basis.

We are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to join an international company in Gillingham, Dorset.

What you will do

As Customer Relations Specialist, you will manage and process customer orders and quotes, provide information about products, services, and order status. You will be involved in improvement initiatives and will seek new opportunities to increase customer relations efficiently.

  • Deal directly with customer inquiries received via all medias (e.g. fax, web, email)
  • Respond to customer inquiries according to Service Level agreement.
  • Proactively look for solutions to customer issues
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries. Follow up on customer interactions.
  • File records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints within quality management system.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Proposes ideas for processes and organisational improvements.

Skills and experience

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and active listening skills
  • Accurate and attention for detail
  • Collaborative approach and team spirit
  • Good knowledge of customer order management cycle and supply chain processes desirable
  • Working experience in a customer facing environment desirable
  • System tool agility e.g. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, SFDC, ERP (SAP advantageous), Windows Office Suite
  • Relationship management; comfortable engaging and interacting with people across diverse organizational levels.
  • Fluent in English

What you will receive.

You will be required to complete a minimum of four weeks training at the office – 9am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Following successful training you can change hybrid working, to include a minimum of two days in the office each week.

We’re recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a successful manufacturing company in Wincanton, Somerset.

What you will do

You’ll be joining the friendly warehouse team to pick, pack and despatch orders and keep the warehouse organised and tidy.

  • Pick, pack, and label goods ready for despatch.
  • Load and unload goods from vehicles.
  • Maintain good stock storage and rotation.
  • Act as relief van driver to cover holiday or sickness when needed.

Skills and experience for your new Warehouse Operative role.

Warehouse experience would be great, but its not essential to start. You’ll need to be able to use a computer for delivery information and labelling. This company offers development opportunities such as fork lift training.

Full driving licence required for relief van driving.

Working pattern

Hours of work for this Warehouse Operative position are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (42 hours per week). Occasional delivery driving will require different hours.

This is expected to be a 3 month temporary position, with a review for a permanent role.
