We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for a market leading company based near Hindon in Wiltshire.

What you will do as Customer Service Administrator.

You will join the customer service team to provide admin and order support.

  • Manage the orders email inbox
  • Process orders quickly and accurately
  • Deal with any queries
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure customer orders are delivered on time in full.

You will also provide incoming telephone support during busy times and fulfil general admin tasks for the office.

Your skills and experience.

To be successful in this role you will have effective communication skills, good attention to detail, be a team player and have strong computer and data entry skills. We are looking for a person who is initiative-taking and full of energy.

We have an opportunity to join a thriving printing company near Shaftesbury as a Trainee Print Finisher.

 

What you will do as Print Finisher

You will be trained to operate various finishing and enclosing machinery alongside the print production team. This includes operating envelope inkjet, envelope fulfilment inserting, poly enclosing lines, folders, and guillotine. You may also need to assist in the hand finishing department as needed.

Skills and experience

Starting salary is £24,000 per year, rising to £28,111 for an experienced Print Finisher. Training will be provided for all job aspects. A forklift licence is a bonus but not essential.

What you will do as Gardener

 As a Gardener you will be part of the team that maintains open spaces, ranging from grassed verges and planted areas, to recreational areas and play parks.

  • Carry out a range of gardening and horticultural duties.
  • Undertake soil cultivation, digging, forking, mulching, watering, raking, weeding, edging, pruning, seed sowing, propagation, bed preparation and planting.
  • Carry out litter and debris clearing.
  • Assist with the design and build of seasonal display beds.

Skills and experience.

  • An understanding of horticulture, plants and the growing season
  • Experience in soft landscaping and garden maintenance.
  • A full driving licence is essential.

What you will receive.

  •  23 days holiday and 2 extra days at Christmas pro rata for your part time hours.
  • Contributory pension scheme.
  • Salary equates to £23,114 to £24,294 for full time hours.

The office is located in the pretty village of Zeals, close to the amenities of Mere and Gillingham and just off the A303. They have some office helpers so you must be comfortable with dogs. Our client is keen to find someone who will develop their skills in this role.

The job is office based in a beautiful location, but you will need your own transport to get there. There is free parking on site.

What you’ll do

As the Nanny & Housekeeper, your daily tasks will revolve around tending to the children (aged 6 and 10) and maintaining a pleasant living environment.

Key childcare and housekeeping duties include:
