We’re searching for an Office Administrator – Fluent in French to join a well-established company in Gillingham, Dorset.

You will be joining an international company on a long-term temporary basis, expected to last 14 weeks.  The position will then be reviewed.

It is essential that you have a fluent level of French to be considered for this role.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a technical and dynamic team.

Tasks include communicating with various teams within the organisation, uploading order information, checking order confirmation and customer order details, checking invoices are correct and ensuring accuracy of all documentation.

We are looking for a self-starter, a strong team player, highly organised with excellent IT skills. You will also need to be process driven and have first class attention to detail.

A strong interest in new technology and an SAP background is essential.

Hours of work for this position are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, working remotely from home.

The Facilities and Health & Safety Manager is a critical member of staff. Reporting to the HR & Operations Manager, the post-holder will need to have the knowledge, confidence, and skills to lead, influence and advise staff at all levels in matters of H&S and Compliance.

The unique site means that you will be working in a dynamic and challenging role developing your H&S knowledge in some niche areas including buildings of varying ages and staff of varying degrees of understanding regarding Health & Safety legislation and best practice.

You will have a broad spectrum of key responsibilities in this role.

To be successful the following qualities, qualifications and experience are essential: –

–           Experience of working in an education setting

–           At least 3 years recent and relevant experience in a similar role

–           HND (or similar) in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering

–           NEBOSH (General Certificate) qualified or working towards

–           NEBOSH certificate accreditation and NEBOSH Environmental Certificate

–           COSHH Trained

–           Experience of provision of advice to managers/supervisors

–           Handling of H&S investigations

–           Experience of formulating, implementing and revising H&S policies and procedure

–           Strong IT Skills

–           Leadership ability to give independent minded people a sense of direction and the capacity to motivate them to improve including coaching and developing staff.
