We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a thriving and busy company based in Sherborne.

You will be the first point of contact for this well-regarded business with an excellent track record and reputation built on their quality of service and results. Your responsibilities are varied and will keep your day interesting. Time is sure to fly by!

As Senior Administrator, your duties include communicating with customers via phone and email, meeting and greeting walk-ins, maintaining the CRM system and reports, diary management and social media.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have great administration and IT skills and be able to pick up new software systems with relative ease. We’re looking for an approachable and well-presented person with the ability to assert a calm and professional influence in the office and be proactive in your tasks.

To excel in this role, you should have previous administrative experience, a fantastic communication style and an eye for detail. Property experience and sales administration skills would be an advantage for applicants.

Hours are 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday but some flexibility on Saturday mornings is needed.
