We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a thriving and busy business based in Blandford.
You will be customer facing with varied responsibilities, including communicating with customers via phone and email, meeting and greeting walk-ins, maintaining the CRM system and reports, and diary management.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have great administration and computer skills. We are looking for an approachable and well-presented person with the ability to assert a calm and professional influence in the office and be proactive in your tasks.
To excel in this role, you should have administrative experience, a fantastic communication style and an eye for detail. Ideally, candidates will have experience using agency CRM systems but full training will be given for this.
This is a part time role working 20 to 25 hours per week and one Saturday morning per month. In return, there is 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and free parking.
