We are recruiting for a highly experienced, self-motivated and meticulous Sales Administrator to join a well-established and innovative company based near Gillingham, Dorset.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the existing sales team, assisting with various administration tasks in a creative and articulate manner.
The ideal candidate will be an Effective Communicator, excellent team player, with exceptional time management skills and first class computer literacy.
Duties include the following:
- Booking of flights and hotels, rental cars, trains etc
- Booking of appointments with customers
- Research into potential customers and industries
- Taking minutes at meetings
- Booking of trade shows
- Organising the stand at trade shows, including booking furniture, samples, stand personnel, logistics
- Devising marketing and sales literature
- Organising networking opportunities
You must have a resilient approach, an excellent telephone manner, an ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and be used to working in a busy office environment.
This role would suit a flexible, adaptive and organised Administrator looking for the next step up in their career.
