We are recruiting for a QA/QC Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing company near Mere in Wiltshire. This is a permanent position in a lovely village, close to the amenities of Mere and Gillingham and just off the A303.

This interesting position will use your Quality Assurance and Quality Control experience. The company manufactures technically complex products, and your role will involve performing regular products inspections, testing, and signing off Assembly Operatives’ work. You will conduct internal audits in line with the company’s schedule and assist with root cause analysis and corrective action planning activities whilst ensuring NCR documentation is completed.

To be considered for the role you must possess experience in a similar work environment. You should have knowledge of inspection/test processes, RCCA processes and non-conformity reporting. You will be able to conduct internal audits compliant with ISO9001:2015 standards and be proficient in the use of measuring equipment such as vernier gauges, micrometres, and thread gauges.
