Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis to provide much needed support to business operations.
Main responsibilities will include effective data inputting, reception duties, managing invoice processes, producing purchase orders and the maintenance of effective records and filing systems.
The right candidate for this position will have previous experience administration experience. You will need to be confident, an effective communicator and have a professional approach.
You must have a high level of knowledge with word, power point and outlook and have exceptional written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of Quickbooks is preferable.
