We are looking for people to join a busy manufacturer in Blandford as Machine Operators.

The company is focussed on work life balance and offer workers a 4 day on 3 day off working pattern, so every week you get a 3-day weekend!

The company is a manufacturer of bespoke metalwork to clients. You’ll be trained in the role to operate machinery. Tasks will include setting up machines, controlling machine settings, daily checklist maintenance and achieving the planned work schedule.

Having a machine background is a bonus but not essential as the company is committed to training and developing the right people.

This role is offered on a temporary basis with permanent opportunities available. Overtime at enhanced rates.
