We are looking for a customer focussed Key Account Specialist to join an international company in Gillingham, Dorset.

As Key Account Specialist you will take full ownership of the customer experience for your allocated customers. You will provide end to end support from initial enquiry to order fulfilment. This will include prompt responses to enquiries, proactively monitoring orders, updating customers, and identifying improvements to enhance the customer experience.

You should be a strong communicator, able to coordinate with people internally and externally to satisfy your customers’ requirements. You will also need excellent admin, organisation, and computer skills to conduct your tasks effectively.

This job is initially offered on a temporary basis but there are great opportunities with this company for the right person. It is a full-time role, with a minimum of 2 days working in the office.
