We are recruiting for a HGV Driver to join a successful company near Hindon in Wiltshire.

You will be responsible for the safe delivery of goods to customers across the South, loading and unloading goods and providing an excellent service for customers.

Your role is pivotal to the operation of the business and the ability to work independently is key. You will often be the main point of face-to-face contact for customers, so a fun and friendly attitude is essential, and you will need to communicate customer needs back to the head office team. As part of your job, you will perform necessary safety and equipment checks on your vehicle and understand your legal and health and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate should have a flexible approach, excellent presentation, a great work ethic and able to do heavy lifting. You will need to be able to think on your feet when unforeseen circumstances occur.

You must hold a valid driving and CPC licence for this role. Hours of work can average 10–11 hours per day and there are permanent opportunities for the right candidate.
