We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for a market leading company based near Hindon in Wiltshire.
You will join the customer service team to provide admin and order support. You will manage the orders email inbox, processing orders quickly and accurately, dealing with any queries and working with closely with other teams to ensure customer orders are delivered on time in full. You will also provide incoming telephone support during busy times and fulfil general admin tasks for the office.
To be successful in this role you will have effective communication skills, good attention to detail, be a team player and have strong computer and data entry skills. We are looking for a special person who is initiative-taking and full of energy.
