Our client is looking for full-time Customer Relations Specialist to join their fast paced team, providing support to both internal and external customers, with an unwavering commitment to customer service.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within customer service, be able to provide a high quality of work, provide and process information as well as, responding to any concerns and requests about the clients products and services.
The Role is to include duties such as:
- Track, handle and solve all complaints.
- Respond effectively to all enquiries.
- Investigate, process and record lost or damaged orders.
- Handle and solve situations related to orders and shipments.
- Liaising with other departments and providing support as required
You must be customer focused, have a professional telephone manner with good listening skills. An ability to use your own initiative and self-manage is key, alongside excellent organisational and decision making skills. Previous expereince within a call center environment is highly beneficial.
