We have an opportunity for a Chef to join a private company near Shaftesbury in Dorset.

As part of a team of Chefs you will design menus and cook nutritional, well-balanced meals in line with nutritional guidance, budgets, and seasons.

Your job will involve preparing lunch and dinner and supervising breakfast as well as catering for company events through the year. You will also monitor stock and supplies, rotate produce, and contribute to the continual improvement of service and procedures, for example, waste management.

The staff rota includes working two weekends per four-week rota period. You will need your own transport to get to this location.
