We’re searching for an Assistant Manager to join a well-established company near Castle Cary, Somerset.
You’ll be joining the office team as Assistant Manager, to resolve escalated customer complaints/queries in accordance with company procedures and standards. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting of department performance.
As an experienced leader you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and encourage a high-performance team.
You will demonstrate resilience in a demanding and fast-paced environment and be results driven, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service.
You will possess strong people skills with the ability to develop individuals and manage performance.
You will be confident working to defined SOPs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company and regulatory standards.
You will be skilled at:
- Communication (verbal and written)
- Administration and accurate data entry
- Problem solving
- General attention to detail
- Numeracy and IT
- Working effectively in a fast-paced environment
Hours of work for this position are Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, on a permanent basis.
