Do you have an excellent telephone manner, equally confident to liaise with patients and clinicians alike?
We are excited to be seeking an Administrator for a nationwide company based near Shaftesbury.
Your approach to customer service must be exceptional – this company always goes the extra mile to offer the best possible support to clients and clinicians. You will have the skill and credibility to build relationships with, and win the confidence of, all manner of inquirers including individuals, therapists, psychiatrists, GP’s and family members.
You will be a highly motivated individual who needs little direction, can confidently multi-task and ensure all processes are followed meticulously. You will handle all aspects of client’s process through care, including gathering relevant patient data, arranging psychometrics to be completed in advance where relevant, booking clinicians and consulting rooms, processing payments, and anything else that may be required.
The successful candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office. A working knowledge of CRM systems would be beneficial as well. Should you be successful, you will be required to undertake a DBS check.
