Our client is a modern, growing company based near Gillingham. We are recruiting for an Account Executive to join the busy Customer Service team.
You will be responsible for providing excellent sales, customer service and account management to UK and international customers.
Duties include answering the telephone, entering sales orders onto the system, proactively promoting new products to customers and product alternatives if an item is out of stock.
You will be responsible for liaising with production and warehouse staff to determine what is out of stock, organising shipping of customer orders, negotiating pricing with shipping/freight companies and any relevant administration.
It is essential you have an excellent telephone manner, strong IT skills especially in Excel, familiar with working in a busy environment and the ability to work as part of a team. Experience of working with an order management or CRM system would be an advantage.
The working hours are 8.30am – 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-4.15pm on Friday.
Due to the location of this role you will require access to your own transport.
