What you will do

What you will receive.

You will be required to complete a minimum of four weeks training at the office – 9am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Following successful training you can change hybrid working, to include a minimum of two days in the office each week.

What you’ll be doing

You will be joining the friendly packing and logistics team to assist with picking and packing orders using their computerised system. As a Packing Operative you will pick, quality check, and despatch orders on time.

  • Picking products
  • Packing customer orders
  • Operating labelling and packing machinery
  • Online despatch processing
  • Courier bookings
  • Quality control of orders
  • Stock control
  • General warehouse duties and housekeeping.

Areas are well set up to ensure the efficient flow of customer orders and you will receive full training in your area. Everyone who works in the team is actively encouraged to contribute to the continual improvement of processes and there are regular team catch ups to discuss progress and discrepancies.

Working pattern

Full time hours are 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. There are permanent opportunities available as a Packing Operative following a period of temporary work.

What you will do as Print Finisher

Your main responsibility will be operating various finishing and enclosing machinery alongside the print production team. This includes operating envelope inkjet, envelope fulfilment inserting, poly enclosing lines, folders, and guillotine. You may also need to assist in the hand finishing department as needed.

Skills and experience

While experience in mechanical finishing and knowledge of print fulfilment processes is preferred, our client is open to training people who are eager to learn. What you will do.

As a Grounds Person you will conduct general grounds maintenance of open spaces, play areas, and landscaped areas. This will include grass cutting, watering, weeding, hedge cutting, clearing leaves, debris and litter, installation, and hard landscape work. You will also conduct inspections of equipment where required.

  • Build and maintain outdoor structures such as fences, benches, and pathways.
  • Perform general groundskeeping duties including mowing, edging, and weeding.
  • Dig and prepare soil for planting and gardening.
  • Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning and trimming.
  • Operate and maintain power and hand tools.

Skills and experience.

We are looking for someone with a horticultural qualification or willing to take a qualification, or relevant experience. You should be able to use your initiative and produce good results with a minimum amount of supervision. You will need a full driving licence to be able to drive a company vehicle.

  • Experience in grounds maintenance or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of landscaping techniques and practices
  • Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour in various weather conditions
