We are looking for an experienced Service Operations Manager to join a well-established company based in Shaftesbury.

As head of the service department, the successful candidate will lead, manage and develop the team members including Engineers, Technical Support, Account Management and Administration. You will provide the highest level of customer service with a sales-minded attitude and improve both field and office productivity.

Essential skills/attributes:

• Previous management experience at a similar level with a proven track record
• Excellent customer facing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
• Creative problem solver

Ideally, you will have a good understanding of HR and knowledge of health and safety.
