We are seeking an experienced Coordinator to work for an award winning local company.

Main duties:

• To co-ordinate repair calls, planned works orders and engineers ensuring that deadlines are met at all times
• Updating customers during the service process to ensure that they are kept up to date with the progress of the work
• Daily management of engineers working schedules and client appointments
• Answering department telephone calls and taking messages as and when necessary
• Ensuring all duties carried out follow our office Quality Management System

The ideal candidate must be able to offer high levels of accuracy, excellent IT and communication skills, the ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload and meet targets.

Working hours Monday to Friday 40 hours per week 8.00-5.00pm/8.30-5.30pm with 1 hour break for lunch.
