Customer Care Advisor

Ref 1902/5 £7.70 per hour Full Time Temporary
We are looking for a driven, confident individual to join a unique retailer based in Frome.

You will be responsible for answering the telephone, responding to e-mails, aspects of social media, soft sales calls and general office support.

Essential experience/skills:
• Customer Service experience either over the phone or from a retail background
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to use own initiative
• Good IT skills
• Friendly and positive

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team and preferably an interest in fashion.

The working hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday with half an hour unpaid lunchbreak. In return, you will receive a generous holiday entitlement and company product allowance. For the right person, there is a possibility this position could become permanent.
