We are delighted to be assisting a local successful country pub that serves a fantastic variety of dishes made from fresh locally sourced ingredients.

They are looking for a talented, motivated and passionate Sous Chef to work alongside their Head Chef in delivering an exceptional customer dining experience and mouth-watering food.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a Rosette establishment, be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment. You will of course be passionate about hygiene, take pride in your work and able to run the kitchen when the head chef is away.

This is a fantastic opportunity to show case your creative skills, if you have any butchers skills it would be a great advantage.
