Our client is a well-respected, thriving business based near Shaftesbury who are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to support their busy team in the Sales Office.

You will be required to process e-mail, fax and web orders from customers, ensure all cash sales and collections are actioned, the company’s answerphone is monitored regularly and any messages are passed on to the relevant person. You will be responsible for ordering office stationary, any other general administrative tasks and maintaining the reception area by greeting all visitors to company standards. You must keep your work environment clean and tidy for the benefit of you and your colleagues.

For this role, you will have previous administration experience and be keen to learn. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational, communication and IT skills.

This is a permanent role working from 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday with 1 hours’ unpaid lunchbreak. In return, you will receive 28 days annual leave and a company pension.
